Discuss Cap and how he is handling all the bad or unique things that are happening to him. Also, tell me about his relationship with two characters from the book. Talk about how the characters are changing their view of him.
I recently read that Cap drove a school bus to the hospital to visit Rain with all of his classmates as passengers. Cap is really close to his grandma and they have a great relationship because they are there for each other and they believe in each other. Cap and Hugh Winkleman also have a good relationship because Hugh and Cap are both "nerdy" and smart. Hugh changes because the other kids are not picking on him anymore they're picking on Cap. So, Hugh is glad that Cap came and "saved" him.
Cap is handling the situation very good I though. Hes not letting the people get to him all he does is let in one ear and out the other which I think is a very good thing for him to do. Also at least Cap has Hugh who always has his back no matter what happens. Sophie and Cap really don't get along but that's because Sophie doesn't understand what Cap use to live with.
